Sweet, sugary, canned corn, alcohol and some solvents scent. Sweet , sugary, butter, herbal taste. Moussy semi-high c02 level, spritzy mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

May 27, 2008 Bottle 50 cl. [Courtesy of friends Heidi and Peter] Large fizzy white head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Clear somewhat sparkling body with a pale yellow color. Aroma of grass, caramel, grain, cardboard. Light bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Light bitter and sweet flavor in balance. Light dry and bitter grassy finish.
