Jun 13, 2007 Dry and sharp - hops have taken over. Not as bitter as most of the other Pilsner beers created in the area. Head dissipates pretty quickly.

Pale lager yellow color and small white head. Dry, a bit hoppy aroma with hints of rubber. Sweetish and attacking dry hops and slightly bitter finish. Unbalanced mouth feel, not very good pilsner.

Nov 21, 2006 Standard boring pils / pale lager style. Nothing to write home about (from Berlin!) so I won’t. Ok dry finish excepted (and maybe the cut grass herbal nose) there’s not a whole lot going on. Keep safe for a summer’s afternoon if you must.

Oct 13, 2006 Bottled. Golden coloured. HAzy Fluffy off white head. Fruity and grainy aroma. Flavour is light herbal and sweet. Very bland in flavour and aroma. Quite crisp but boring. Dry mouthfeel. Ends on a light bitter note.
