| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 1/5 | 9/20 | Jun 16, 2007 Berlin Trip beer No.25. It is impossible to covay how unlike a beer this. Essentially it tastes like boilled sweets turned into a liquid. However if you are in Berlin you have to try it! yomintyfresh (53), USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jun 13, 2007 Sickly sweet pink color, sickly sweet taste - it tastes more "pink" than "raspberry." So little alcohol, it’ll freeze in the back of your refrigerator. Go for the typical Weisse with a real Schuss of raspberry syrup, don’t get this prepackaged stuff! flemmingwillum (245), København S, Denmark
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | May 18, 2007 Awful pink barbie-colour that couldn’t look more artificial, and only an anverage head. The aroma is sour as in the original berliner weisse, with almost no raspberry. The flavour, on the other hand is full of raspberry, but again the artificial one. Tastes like chewing on a space hopper covered with sugarfree raspberry-marmalade. Palate is average, but not a beer for me! dmradus (225), State College, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 6/10 | 1/5 | 12/20 | May 14, 2007 Pours a hilarious pink-red, a straw pushing its way through the foamy, big-bubbled 3-finger pink-tinged head. Deserves a five in appearance just for its originality, and I know the red has nothing to do with actual brewing ingredients. Nevertheless. Aroma is strongly raspberry, with a clean wheat scent making its way through the overarching fruit sweetness when it gets a chance. Taste is sweet and sour in an interplay with one another. Candied fruits, raspberries, but not syrupy - light and almost refreshing, with a slight wheat sourness offset by a lasting sweet (but not cloying) finish and after. Weird, but certainly not bad. High carbonation, smooth and foamy - a little thick for my taste, the palate is the only place where I felt this really fell apart. larsga (2980), Oslo, Norway
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 6, 2007 Medium pink head quickly collapses. Hazy red-purple body. Sweet chemical raspberry aroma, kind of like raspberry candy. Yoghurt notes. Acidic, soft yoghurty raspberry taste, kind of one-dimensional. Sweetish, yet kind of tart. No real aftertaste. It’s decent, but not very beer-like. (0.33l bottle.) thewolf (5822), Kolding, Denmark
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 18, 2007 Bottle. Pours a muddy pale red with a beautiful pink frothy head. Very sweet aroma with a fruity edge, backed by strawberries and raspberries. Flavour is sweet as well, but not as candy-like as I feared from the look. Lots of berries and a clear freshness.
