Berliner Kindl Weisse Mit Schuß Himbeere

Truth be told, people don’t know what they’re talking about on this beer. This tastes great with this raspberry stuff. Almost lambicish. Only drawback is the extreme lack of alcohol in this guy.

Oh, come on guys. This stuff is great. It isn’t the most masculine and the ABV is too low, but it tastes fantastic! Raspberries are terrific.

Pours bright pink. Very sweet aroma, like red soda. Flavour is artificial raspberry. I quite like it, although it’s a sin that they have used artificial sweeteners. If it only had more alcohol ...

Bottle. Pours a muddy pale red with a beautiful pink frothy head. Very sweet aroma with a fruity edge, backed by strawberries and raspberries. Flavour is sweet as well, but not as candy-like as I feared from the look. Lots of berries and a clear freshness.

Bottled. Raspberryish aroma with a tart background. Sour, raspberryish aroma. Quite sweet. It´s okay. Funny that Kindl makes much better premixed weisses than Schultheiss, who have a much better pure weisse.

Bottle - Strong raspberry aroma with only hint of sourness. Cloudy red color with only minimal head. Raspberry flavor equally balanced with weisse sourness. Like the waldmeister schuss, this isn’t as sweet as you’ll get in Berlin which depending on what you like may be good or bad.

[Bottled] Hazy red-orange. Fresh, sorbet-like aroma from aspberries. Pleasant light sweetness with raspberries. Slightly acidic but just in balance.

I was only able to taste thisone with green wardruff syrup, even so it was not bad. It’s definitley worth another shot without the syrup.
