It’s unclear, beautiful dark violet and the head is creamy and violet. The aroma has a lot of blackberries – it’s refreshing and inviting. The sweet flavor has a light berry sourness and loads of ripe blackberries with a dash of whipped cream. It’s a really pleasant fruit beer.

Hazy purple of color with a weak pink head. A sour aroma with notes of wheat and currant. A flavor of currant, wheat and sour notes.

Bottle. Purple color. Blackcurrant juice aroma. Sugary sweet flavor with some apple sourness and blackcurrant juice. Thin, but very refreshing.

Pours red with a pink head. Smells of sour wheat, black currants. Tastes like cranberry juice. Where’s the sourness?

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is purple. Aroma and taste are blackcurrant with some sout notes . Very soda-like.

Bottle. Hazy purple colour with medium creamy purple mostly diminishing head. Fruity aroma. Sweet fruity flavor.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy purple with a creamy, purple head. Extreme - but fresh - aroma of blackcurrant. Light in body, sweetish artificial and sticky with distinct notes of blackcurrant. No bitterness. A little low in carbonation with a soft mouthfeel. Unique and very different in all ways. 050608

Bottle, 3.0%. The aroma and flavour are clearly blueberry. Drunk out of the bottle, so I cannot see the colour. Tastes good, but of course is not beer. And it seems the acidity of a berliner wiesse is not here. It has the usual aspartam aftertaste that I unfortunately get from berliner weisse, but also a really nice blueberry note.
