Berliner Kindl Weisse Mit Schuß Waldmeister

Berliner Weisse with the green Schuss included. Looks different than if the Schuss has just been added, but the Waldmeister (woodruff) syrup really tones down the Weissbier. Great summer beer.

Revolting green color and sickly sweet-metallic mint nose. Tasted a bit like a rotten soda. More spritzer than beer.

Bottle. All green body, nice colour actually. Creamy head, white with some green hints. Sourish aroma of synthetic fruits, and some hoppiness. The aroma reveals though that it is indeed a weissbier. The heavy flavour is very sourish and fruity. It smells more like a beer than it tastes. Sweet finish. All in all it reminds me more of cider than beer. (Andy’s Diner and Bar, Berlin, 12.05.07)

Bottle. Pours a surprising hazy neon-green. A little light green head. Aroma has pistacios, marzipan and flowers. A touch thin mouthfeel. Generally sweet, but with an underlining sourness. Reminds me of the Danish icecream "Champagnebrus"

Frythy marzipan aroma. Huge creamy initial apperance. Light green head color . Cloudy body. Green body hue. Heavy sweet initial flavor.

Bottled thanks to Mikkel. Pours toxic green with a rather large light greenish head. Girl beer? This was really sticky and sweet. Hints of sourness. Flavour and aroma was almost pistacio like. Not my bag baby.

Bottle. Green colour with a small head. Sweet fruity aroma and flavour as well.

Bottle. Nice head with ok duration. Color is that of a green soda with some whiteness. Aroma is sweet and somewhat artificial. Taste is sweet and refreshing.
