Ungstrup (11705), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 10, 2003 An unclear green beer - with a lasting green head. The last thing I think of when I see it is beer. So the rest is noted with eyes closed. The aroma is light with notes of sweetness, yeast, and spice. The flavor is very sweet and artificial. The sweetness lingers on your lips. The aftertaste is sodapop sweet with artificial spices. The connection to beer is unclear to me. Papsoe (11073), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 26, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Green as a traffic-light. - even the head is green. Loads and loads of artificial flavourings and colours - the back label is horrific reading. Artificial, stickingly sweet flavour on the lactic background. Lots of fizz. Refreshing in a soda-poppish way. But a weird beer indeed. 180699 yespr (7787), Copenhagen O, Denmark Feb 15, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours hazy green with a creamy light greenish/white head. Distinct Waldmeister aroma. Peppery, spiced and mild note of berries. Flavour is sweet, cloyingly, citric and berryfruity. Has a very profound citric an peppery flavour into the finish. joergen (6814), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 12, 2005 Bottled.
Hazy green coloured with a small white head.
Sweet aroma dominated by cherries and marzipan.
Strange fruity and acidic flavour of cherries and marzipan. MiP (6337), Flensburg, Germany Jun 20, 2005 Bottle. Toxic-looking green colour, slightly hazy. Very unstable bright green head. Marcipan/sewer aroma. Flavour starts off sweet and turns acidic. Alcopop.
