Sour aroma and taste---which I like a lot better than sweet. Clear straw color. Big head. Thin body. No hops.

bottle. it has a murky pale color with a large head. it is wheaty and citrussy in aroma as well as taste. quite a lot.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow wit a small head. Quite sour with a light sweetness. Aromas of grass and minerals. Medium bodied. Sour finish. Bad. Could be better with a dash of sirop.

Pale yellow with a lasting white head. Weak aroma of wheat grain and a hint of lemon. Very sour, refreshing citrus flavour.

Bottle. Slightly hazy pale gold, with a tiny white head. Sweet, fruity, buttery aroma. Sour, fruity flavor. Redcurrant comes to mind. Dry mouthfeel. Ho-hum.

Aroma of citrus and perfume. Brassy gold color with a white head that immediately filmed. Thin to medium body. Light carbonation. Starts with citrus sour. There’s other fruit, and some floral, tropical perfume. The finish is slightly sour, with a bit of bitter. It’s really interesting. Can’t recall anything else like this. Almost refreshing.

Pours a hazy gold with a small white head. Smells a little funky, citrus, orange, wheat, and yeast. The taste is a little sour, funky, yeasty with the wheat characters in the background. Still getting used to this style, although i think this is the first berliner weisse that Ive had thats representative of the true style. Kind of a bready aftertaste, tough to explain. The sourness is up front, but really dies off. Unlike anything Ive had before. Interesting.
