Not impressive unless you add woodruff or rasberry syrup, with the syrup the rating jumps to a 4 overall for me!

Light golden colour with nice head. Nice lactic acidity, thin bodied and a good thirst quencher.

Pours a slightly hazed gold with a tall foamy white head. Nose is hoppy and tart. Faint malt notes. The taste is sour and lemony. Slightly acidic but there is lighter malt. The finish is almost sweet with light hops. This would be nice to try with syrup. Decent beer, but better with the syrup, I'm sure.

Very pale yellow coloured. Sour, wheaty and yeasty. Thin and watery. This is much worse than Schultheiss.

Pours a pale golden straw hue and a thin wispy white head. The nose sucks… wet cardboard, pickling spices, soiled socks, white grapes, vinegar. The flavor however is not bad. It’s a super toned down guez. Acid suggestions of apple and white grapes, the juice from an unripe green lemon. Tart, bubbly palate…. Finish is dry like some Sake.
Not a bad beer, I bet it would be more tasty with the fruity flavored syrups!

Straw gold color, hazy with a slight greenish tint. Small to medium white foamy head. Aroma is tart and citrusy. Medium bodied. Malts are fruity. Spicy and very tart. No real hop flavors at all. Spritzy carbonation. It’s reminiscent of drinking carbonated unsweetened lemonade, but that’s not a far description. Tart and crisp with nice fruity tones. Has some of the tart and sour qualities of a Flemish Sour Ale, but without the lactic notes. Very refreshing and is an excellent palate cleanser. Some sour apple notes at the finish. Interesting. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly tart.

Beings this is my first take on this style I am a little lost on what to compare it to. Still has the classic wheat flavors, just much tangier and very sour. Light golden color with a small fizzy head, not very much of a striking appearance. The aroma is sweet and spicy, the flavors are very tart and sour, with some rice in the aftertaste, just a light bit of toasted crispiness. Not one of my favorites.

Tough to rate this by style because I haven't had any others. Pale yellow with fizzy white head. Slight citrus and apple aroma. Not nearly as sour as I expected, light and thin bodied with a nice lemon wheat flavor, very refreshing.
