Meget lys uigennemsigtig øl, sur duft, min rating er efter den har fået et skud brombær sirup hvilket gør det til en meget forfriskende og lækker sommerdrik, men an ikke anbefale at drikke den alene. | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 26, 2008 Bottled 33cl. It pours a hazy pale yellow beer with a white head. The nose is of urine, lemon, cellar and soy sauce. Very interesting and slightly acidic. Terribly sour taste. Notes of hemp. Light bodied. Some lemon and plastic. Decent bitterness. Extremely lactic. Notes of soy sauce? Refreshing. Vegetables in the finish. It tastes a bit like a shandy. DruncanVeasey (2768), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 14, 2008 Bottle back home, 3%. Pale weizen looks, thinning head, some spritziness initially. Smells a bit n/a- toasted wheat with a lemony edge. Nothing like as fierce as expected. Quenching lime juice acidity, approaching (but nowhere near) dry champagne/unblended lambic territory. Bit of a papery/grainy note that reminds me of a cheap dumpy of Biere D’Alsace. Faintly biscuity afters. Refreshing and easy to slug back in the sunshine, but was hoping for a bit more. charlotte (2036), Vanløse, Denmark

Sour milky aroma with some canned salty vegetables. Flavor is citric wheat, sea water and lactic sourness. Strongly carbonated palate. A great summerbrew. Skinnyviking (4191), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | May 8, 2008 Bottle. High creamy white and lasting head. Hazy yellow body. Fruiyty aroma, especially lemon, relatively weak though. Pretty acidic grapefruit like flavor. Low carbonation, long bitter aftertaste. BlackDonald (1127), Boise, Idaho, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 5, 2008 This is really hard to drink without the propery himbeer syrups, and even then it is passable as drinkable. I mean its a great take on a historical style, that I was never really crazy about. First of all its very sour and high in acid, slightly spicy, and very grainy mouthfeel. Its a decent thirst quencher, but not something I could sit down and drink everyday. still its a shame this brewery closed. Strykzone (1505), Wood River, Illinois, USA
