500 ml swing-top bottle. Deep golden color, foamy white head. Grassy hop aroma. Well-balanced flavor with notes of toast and more grassy hops. Very smooth mouthfeel, dry finish. Quite a nice pilsener.

Bottle at GBBF 08 as Celebration. Gold, thin white head. Bready lager. It’s got some yeast character in mouth, supposed to be bottle conditioned. Actually, once the carbonation dies down, it’s good. Nice hop sting on finish.

50 cL bottle, as Bernard Celebration, 5.0%. Pours clear and golden orange with a collapsing white head. Spiced hoppy aroma. Flavour is light cornish/malty with a light caramel malt note and light spiced too. Medium bitterness into the finish with a light caramel note.
