Bitterness, fruitiness and sweetness in taste. Nice pils. tlind2 (218), Helsinki, Finland Aug 22, 2008 500 ml swing-top bottle. Deep golden color, foamy white head. Grassy hop aroma. Well-balanced flavor with notes of toast and more grassy hops. Very smooth mouthfeel, dry finish. Quite a nice pilsener. harrisoni (5121), Ashford, Kent, England Aug 22, 2008 Bottle at GBBF 08 as Celebration. Gold, thin white head. Bready lager. It’s got some yeast character in mouth, supposed to be bottle conditioned. Actually, once the carbonation dies down, it’s good. Nice hop sting on finish. yespr (6259), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 7, 2008 50 cL bottle, as Bernard Celebration, 5.0%. Pours clear and golden orange with a collapsing white head. Spiced hoppy aroma.
