TBone (4694), Pori, Finland Jul 19, 2008 Draught@Uncle Paya’s, Plzen
A bit hazy golden color, small white head. Grainy, a bit hoppy aroma. Grainy, hayish flavor. A bit sharp. Hops taste kind of cheap. rickgordon (3024), Göteborg, Sweden Jul 12, 2008 From draught at Uncle Paya’s, Plzen. Cloudy golden colour with solid head. Soft malty nose with bit of sulphur. Fresh, pale malty with flowers in flavour, before the bitterness sets in with a distinct grassiness. Ligh to medium bodied.
imdownthepub (3937), Banbury, Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire, England Jul 12, 2008 On tap at Uncle Paya’s, Plzen. Clouded gold with white head. Again a thin, cloudy unfiltered Pilsener but this packs a drier lemony flavour than most. Still thin, but a bit better than the others. yespr (5542), Copenhagen O, Denmark Jul 11, 2008 From tap Uncle Paya. Pours slight cloudy orange with a lacing white head. Mild hoppy and yeasty aroma. Flavour is smooth caramel and yeasty. Light fruity accent to a nice yeasty and light caramel base. Ends medium dry yet smooth. oh6gdx (5195), Vaasa, Finland Jul 9, 2008 Draught. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cooked vegetables, sme diacetyl and slight yeastyness and acidicness. Flavour is quite close to the same, except that the acidicness has been changed to quite sharp grassy notes.
