Bisquits, chewy grain. Smooth, yet there is a bite in it. Long finish with sweetness and bitterness playing with each other.

Fresh saaz hops aroma that has a touch of citrus/lemon. Hazy, dark gold with a fuzzy white top. Slightly sour hops flavour developing into bitterness with almost a lemony malt. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation and a touch of residual bitterness. maeib (4000), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Aug 13, 2008 Draught - GBBF 2008. A yellow golden beer with a whitish head. The aroma is crisp with saaz hops noticeable. The taste is reasonably bitter with more saaz. Crisp and clean but unspectacular. cgreb (57), Marburg, Germany Aug 12, 2008 on tap (Plzen) - Little bit hazy golden beer with white head. Slight hops aroma. More sweet aroma. Moderate bitterness.
