Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 7, 2005 An orange beer with a white head. The aroma is quite hoppy combined with notes of straw, while the flavor is sweet with primary notes of straw. A down the middle of the road Czech. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 18, 2005 (Bottle 50 cl) Comes ad "Bernard Svetly lezak" - I believe it’s the same as this, although the label strangely doesn’t mention the extract degree. This is classical golden beer with a decent head, slightly hazy. A moderate bitterness. Bernard is one of the new republics success stories. A run down government owned brewery, that is now completely modernized. omhper (10950), Stockholm, Sweden Jan 21, 2002 Golden coloured. Medium bodeid, rather dry, huge butterscotchy, oily saaz aroma, lingering bitterness.
A really good Czechish pilsener. yespr (7788), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 26, 2008 From tap at Charlies. Pours clear and golden yellow with a lacing white head. Fruity and malty aroma. Flavour is mild butterish and distinct fruity flavoured with a light bitterness coming through. Light yeasty finish mixed with a medium sweet malt flavour. Oakes (7032), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Nov 21, 2000 Soft, malty. Some hop. Touch of dryness. Nothing special.
