Apple, ethanol, and nuts in the aroma. Murky brown-black with a tan ring. Nice, toasty-roasty biscuit flavour with good hops bitterness that makes it crisp and clean. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, bitter lasts for a bit.

Aug 28, 2008 Hazy dark brown with tiny beige head. Sweet aroma with roasted malt, caramel and coffee notes. Flavor is sweet and has hints of coffee, caramel roasted malt and chocolate.

Aug 9, 2008 (6/26/08) Draught at the brewpub in Beroun. Dark brown color with a beige head. Quite roasty aroma with some coffee notes. Sweet roasty flavor with some caramel and some coffee. Medium-bodied. Good.
