Commercial Description:
Deep chestnut colored lager with a complex malt flavor. We age this special brew for several weeks at near freezing temperatures to create a smoooth and creamy flavor. Bock beers are often referred to as a meal in a glass as they were drunk by monks to sustain themselves during Lent.
