Could use some aging... what I had was still somewhat sweet, cloying, but overall: enjoyable. Very estery, and somewhat phenolic.

Appearance is another lemon meringue Belgian double — a white head on a cloudy lemon colored body. Taste of spice, bread, hops, yeast, and alcohol, with a sour finish not characteristic of the type.

Another fine effort from the folks in Bethlehem. Extremely flavorful; mainly spices, with a tiny bit of hop on a solid backing of malt. The high alcohol is well-concealed. Abundant fluffy head, over a yellow, almost pilsner-pale body.
