Commercial Description:
Has an amazing 13.8% A.B.V.! The strongest beer ever at the Brew Works. Brewed with 660lbs of locally produced orange blossom honey in homage to the Ancient Egyptians who were the first brewers. Reaching out across time to give us a beer that is sweet and thick with a deep honey color.

On tap at the Allentown works. Honey gold color with light head and lacing. Slick liquor like sticky texture. Sweet honeysuckle on the nose. Palate happy, smooth with honey sweetness. Alcohol blended well but seemed more prominent towards the finish. Enjoyed this fresh tasting mead.

On tap at Bethlehem. Pours a clear golden yellow color with no head. Aroma of citrus, honey, and a bit of alcohol. Thick on the palate. Honey flavor with hints of orange. Very sweet!

On tap at the Bethlehem location. Poured a medium golden color with almost no head. Aromas of honey, alcohol and some citrus (I noted orange creamsicle). Tastes of the same honey sweetness with a lighter citrus. Medium alcohol in the finish but not ~14%. I usually am not too crazy about meads, but found this one to be somewhat enjoyable!
