May 19, 2006 Unique wheat. Brown with a little head.Lace as all of their brews. surprising warming despite listed alcohol. 60% wheat , unfiltered and toffee and carmel and some chocolate malt. Similar to a lager yeast. a mild sourness and nuttiness, this is a cross with a brown.

May 13, 2006 On tap at the BBW Brew Pub. Poured a medium to deeper and cloudy brown color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of light toffee, light chocolate and some wheat. Tastes of wheat, chocloate and light caramel. Lighter body.
