Commercial Description:
Deep red amber colored, full-bodied, with a residual malt sweetness and hoppy flavor. This is an all-around Brew Works favorite. A great Yeungling “Lager” alternative. This british style ale contains a special blend of Cluster, Fuggle, and East Kent Golding hops.

Tap at the brewpub. Deep orange and clear. Off white head. Fruity aroma. Falvor is malty and fruity, with some bitterness and carmel. Some sharpness on the palate. Flavors just don’t come together for me.

This is a flagship beer for BBW, and it is excellent. A nice deep reddish/amber color. Very hopped, with less sweetness and more bitterness than pales and IPAs. It's like Yeungling lager on steroids. I took a growler of this to go. Delicious.

(Draught) Light brown body and a beige head. No nose. Bitter malt with lasting hop finish. Average.

Nice dark amber colour with nutty nose. Fresh malt and mild hoppiness in the mouth, which blended well.

Draft at the brewpub. This was good. Each drinking beer. Wasn't really bitter however. Good malt flavor.

A good ESB made in the area where I used to reside. I took home a growler of this during a visit to the area, and I enjoyed the close proximity to the British ESBs that I enjoy. Worth trying if you stop by Bethlehem.

I'm about halfway through a growler of this. Deep red-copper, rocky beige head with a decent amount of lace. Nicely balanced between maltiness, fruitiness, and hops. Very English-tasting. Full-bodied. I'm not sure what makes this a "Yuengling Lager alternative" as the description says, but it's damn good.

WOW, really good. Sweet but bitter. Dark copper in color. Aroma was sweet with spices. Was one of my top 5 at 03' Manayunk brew feast.
