Bethlehem Brew Works Grand Cru

Darker brown with a spicy aroma. Sweet flavor is drowned out by spices with a little bit of dark fruit. Not a great Belgian.

Pours a copper color with minimal head. Aroma of pepper, yeast and fruit. Tastes of pepper (black), yeast, and some fruit.

On tap at the Allentown location. Poured a medium amberish / copper color with a smaller sized head. Aromas of black peppers, lots of ginger, yeast, and fruity. Tastes of the same ginger and pepperiness with some fruitiness.
