Oct 4, 2003 Pretty good IPA, nice hop profile in the aroma and the body, amber in color, very nice white lacy bubbly head, really the only thing I didn't care for this beer is the balance, not a whole lot of malt to go with the huge hoppiness, very bitter flavors & aftertaste, dry & bitter finish, very good IPA

Sep 23, 2003 Medium light amber color with a nice hoppy smell and a medium pleasant body palate.
Plenty of hops and a very good IPA.

Sep 7, 2003 Not as hoppy as I was expecting. Flower nose with a slight citrus flavor. This beer was good but had a very watery palate.

Aug 17, 2003 Light bronze with no head or lacing. Strong cascade in nose. Very apparent cascade in body, but very little bite. Just when you think the bite is coming, the bitterness tapers off to a long smooth finish. Nice complicated mouthfeel.

Nov 9, 2002 What I would consider the basic IPA for brewpubs. Fresh Cascades set the tone for this hoppy beer. Malt does not add much. Not bad, but a bit lopsided. Actually received a favorable response from non-Geeks I was with.

Jan 10, 2002 One of my favorite beers at the Brew Works. The extra hoppy flavor is close to perfection.
