Commercial Description:
Hoppiest Brew Works beer ever? The smell of grapefruit, a sweet malt flavor, and oh by the way, lots of hop bitterness. Brewed in the tradition of West Coast ales, we have put loads of malt and hops in our kettle to come up with this sensational ale. Brewed with pale, and crystal malts, hopped with Tomahawks for Yakima Valley, WA. This beer styled has made many a microbrewery famous and this one is sure to please all those who love hops.

Hoppy but a bit shallow for my taste. But me being a hophead, it is better than most beers floating around out there.

Pretty good IPA, nice hop profile in the aroma and the body, amber in color, very nice white lacy bubbly head, really the only thing I didn't care for this beer is the balance, not a whole lot of malt to go with the huge hoppiness, very bitter flavors & aftertaste, dry & bitter finish, very good IPA

Medium light amber color with a nice hoppy smell and a medium pleasant body palate. Plenty of hops and a very good IPA.

Not as hoppy as I was expecting. Flower nose with a slight citrus flavor. This beer was good but had a very watery palate.

Light bronze with no head or lacing. Strong cascade in nose. Very apparent cascade in body, but very little bite. Just when you think the bite is coming, the bitterness tapers off to a long smooth finish. Nice complicated mouthfeel.

What I would consider the basic IPA for brewpubs. Fresh Cascades set the tone for this hoppy beer. Malt does not add much. Not bad, but a bit lopsided. Actually received a favorable response from non-Geeks I was with.

This is a well hopped version of a hoppy beer. One of the better beers from this brewpub.

One of my favorite beers at the Brew Works. The extra hoppy flavor is close to perfection.
