| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jan 26, 2009 On tap, Allentown location. Pours a clear dark copper with a small creamy off-white head. Intense hop nose, very citrusy and bright with some slight caramel pushing through. The flavor is very bright and grapefruity without being harshly bitter or over the top. A good bit of malt backing up all these hops, but it’s far from being the focus. Long lingering finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and sturdy without being sticky or clingy. Nice soft fizzy carbonation. Very nice, and at 7% ABV, a few of these could put you in trouble! JB175 (1664), Bucks County, Pennsylvania, USA
