Commercial Description:
This unfiltered belgian style wheat beer is brewed with special yeast that creates refreshing flavor and texture. Brewed with chamomile, curacao, orange peel and coriander to create a smooth citrus finish. Usaully enjoyed with a slice of lemon.

Poured a hazy golden color with a thin, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, orange peel, wheat, light toffee, and citrus. Taste of citrus fruits, bready yeastiness, Belgian spices, some pepper, orange peel, and a dry, yeasty finish.

Growler from Allentown Brew Works. Pours a cloudy golden with a large foamy off white head that left lacing. Aroma of orange peel, Wit spiciness, wheat and some bready notes. Flavor of cereal grains, banana, orange peel, clove, Cheerios, wheat and Wit yeast esters. Really liked the orange in the aroma.

Draft at Allentown. Hazy medium gold pour with off-white head and great lacing. Aroma is cloves, limey citrus, pale malt, some floral earthy notes. Tastes spicy, clovey, with pale malt, some lime, and some dry earthy floral finishing notes. Nicely balanced and very crisp and clean. This is a top notch wit.

on tap at Allentown location. Hazy yellow in color with a medium off white head. Aroma is wheat, some light orange and coriander and musty yeast. Taste is light lemon zest, coriander, belgian yeast, with some tangy wheat in the finish. Decent wit.

The aroma was orange, citry and coriander with a light wheat presence coupled with caramel. The beer arrived lightly hazy golden with an amber hue and a wispy head which barely laced the glass. The flavor was caramel and muddy citrus. The citrus was mostly orange and the spice was muted and subtle in the flavor. As the beer warmed the citrus and caramel presence increased. The body was medium with a low carbonation. The finish was dry with lasting citrus into the aftertaste. An ok witbier, but rather boring. Pint at BBW.
