biznizness (712), Mooresville, North Carolina, USA Oct 15, 2008 Ah, I remember the days when I was the leading rater for this place. But, then I moved away and Brew Works got a new brewer, giving those who remained nearby the chance to rack up tons of new ratings. I was here over the weekend with V for the first time in about 1.5 years. It was as glorious as ever. This beer was OK.
Nejhleader (800), Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 2, 2008 a nice brew. reminded me alot of an allagash white or maybe kinda like a hoegarden(sp) had a nice little citrus hint to it, a hint of spice and yeast, good body. jason (1510), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA May 31, 2008 Draft. Cloudy golden yellow body with thin head. Aroma is spices, yeast. Flavor is yeasty, spices. The corriander came off a bit too strong. alobar (666), Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA Apr 13, 2008 Hazy yellowish color with a foamy white head. Aroma of yeast, orange, wheat. Tastes of yeast, wheat, citrus and some toffee. First sips were bland. Got better. egajdzis (3064), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 30, 2008 Poured a hazy golden color with a thin, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of coriander, orange peel, wheat, light toffee, and citrus. Taste of citrus fruits, bready yeastiness, Belgian spices, some pepper, orange peel, and a dry, yeasty finish.
