| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 25, 2007 Draft at the Allentown location. Proper wit appearance of soft cloudy whitish yellow with a pure white head. Soapy fabric softener, anise and coriander nose. Soft and mellow texture, soothing the palate with some light, fluffy lemon and wheat flavors, lighter on the coriander than most, and lighter than in the aroma. Overall it’s a well-made straightforward witbier. hopdog (5608), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
