Commercial Description:
Aggresively hopped East Coast style IPA with a balanced malt flavor and assertive hop bitterness. Brewed with a large dose of "citrusy" Cascade hops. This is truly a hopheads fireside.

Bach party. I hate how some styles are always rated really high, like DIPA or RIS. Good beer, but just another DIPA as far as I’m concerned. Didn’t go crazy for it or anything. Wasn’t even my beer of choice that night.

On tap at the Bethlehem location. Poured a medium amberish/copperish color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of floral hops, citrus, and a little toasty. Tastes of citrus, ligther floralnes, and caramel. Alcohol content well hidden. Light lacing left on the glass.

Draft @ Allentown Pours a nice clear cooper with a white head. Has a good aroma of hops. Very citrusy with some touches of sweet malts. Flavor is good. Nice and hoppy. Has a touch of the alcohol butis blended well. Real good carbination. Super mouthfeel. Has a medium body. Produces a great finish. This is a very good beer. I would have it again.

Tap @ the pub. Poured a clear copper color with an off-white head. The aroma was of citrus hops with a touch of floral notes. The flavor is of citrus juice and caramel malt. Light to medium body. Some nice warming in the chest.

on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma is sweet medium malt-caramel, some hops. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel, secondary pine hops. Syrupy mouth fee. Medium body. Nice beer but to the lesser side of IPA/I2PA.

On tap at the Beth location. Pours a lightly hazy deep copper with golden notes and a smaller creamy white head that left sticky lacing. Aroma of Cascade hops, very citrusy and floral, lots of caramel malt, light bready notes, a good bit of malty sweetness but the Cascade hops do really well in this one. Flavor of mixed citrus, some light pine, moderate hop bitterness balanced with a heavy malt base, caramel, malty and sweet, alcohol well hidden. Well done.
