on Tap at Volo. Pours nice hazy yellow with a nice strong white head. Aroma is hefe yeast so the standard citrus/banana. Flavor comes through with lots of banana and other fruits. Solid wheat beer.

on tap at Volo. A decent hefe aroma some slight banana, and clove, but the aroma is a tad plain. The flavour though, is where the banana notes really come through, with some nice bubblegum, and clove aromas, and some great esters. A quality hefe.

Sampled at The C’est What? Fall Festival of Beers. A decent brew. Hazy yellow body with a radiant white head. Lemon and wheat in the aroma. Flavour was nicely wheaty, with an echo of citrus. A nice crisp finish. I think this would be a perfect beer for a hot day!

Appearance :Murky gold with bright crown on top.
Nose:Slightly funky front with good wit like aroma, grainy with banana touches, noticeable wheat character.
Flavour/Palate:
Soft bodied wheat with gentle citric overtone. Wheat bread notes in middle. Soft smooth finish.

Draught. White-yellow body with a small white head. Fragrant orange zest aroma with black pepper notes. Tastes a bit metallic and sharp. Some banana and lemon notes provide some refreshment....a bit boring and simple though.
