| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 1, 2007 Draught Deep red-brown beer; yellow-brownish head, quite stable. Lots of dry & coloured malts, CO² very present. Very roasted taste, with backthroat sweetness, and finishing on a stout-like sourness. Some restsweetness obvious. Medium bodied, quite slick. Middled, not unpleasing Bock, but I wonder if they hadn’t served it pretty cold, how sweet it would turn out. jbrus (4864), Delft, Netherlands
