After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a yeast thick dark pale color and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a lemon acid touch. This beer smells fruity.

It’s hazy golden with a big-bubbly, white head. The aroma has light notes of acetone and cabbage plus some malt and fruit. The slightly sweet flavor has notes of malt, light acetone, fruit, yeast and citrus. The overall impression is light, the alcohol is rather well hidden, but the acetone bothers me.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, souar grain, seet orange, moderate yeasty, sewer. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, a peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Bottle @ German Tasting Ulfborg. Pours cloudy yellow with a small creamy head. Nose is sweet of yeast, fruit and vegetables. Rubber and some tartness. Dusty and unclean

Hazy yellow with a few floaties. Lasting white head. Aroma of grass, malt and fruity with some unpleasant sulphur. Dry spicy flavour with too much yeast and alcohol.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet fruity and spicy aroma. Solid body, lots of fruit and pale malts. Spicy, peppery with a massive alcohol burn. 031009

Draught, 8% at the brewpub. Fruity aroma, hint of coriander. Almost clear dark golden colour. Small creamy white head. The flavour is nicely sweet and fruity, at first with a little cardboard, but that goes away quickly. Good pepper flavour, tastes like fresh black pepper. Hint of coriander.

Clear, light blond colour. Flavour is generally quite sweet but with some citrus present to balance it out. Floral aromas and flavours run through this beer.
