Shared by bhensonb. Poures hazy brown with a green tinge and no head. Tehr is a very strong acidic fruit aroma. The flavor is quite sour but not puckering sour. It has a decent cabernet note. Aged very well.

Shared by the TBG, ericandersnavy. Pours dark reddish amber with some chunks. Aroma is mldly sour and dark berry/group. Medium body and little carbonation. Flavor is all sour, oak and grapey cab. Finishes that way. Nice drink.

For the longest time I thought this was just a decorative bottle that sat on Markus’ counter for awhile. Thanks for bringing it. Murky reddish orange pour. Lots of sediment in this. Absolutely no head. Huge aroma. Sour notes with tartness that is soft against the nose. Largely tart flavoring that does not offend. Tart feels more fruit produced rather than chemical in nature. Light vinegar but only as an afterthought. The finish has a slight tingle but no alcohol is felt. Probably one of the best sours I’ve had.

Magnum thanks to bu11zeye. Marked as bottle number 107 (that a group of ten or so managed to finish along with over 40 other beers). Fading white head over a floaty filled glowing red body. Aroma of oak, cab, funky cheese, fruit, sort of a La Folie charcter and light rubber. Taste is sour with a ton of wine, some baby diaper and grape skins. Light bubbles and an acidic finish.

Magnum I got via trade I believe from gamaniac shared at Socal Sour tasting. Pours ornage with no head. Nose is sweet and pretty damn fantastic. Taste is sweet and too sharp with a lot of strange notes, peaty scotchiness.
