Pours a hazy amber with a generous white head. Smells tarte, lactic, citrussy, sweet. Tastes of an explosion of strawberries and sweet citrus with a tarte finish.

Bottle from Allen, thanks! Orange blonde color. Apricot in the aroma. Very fruity flavor (apricot, pineapple) with some flowery hops lingering on in the aftertaste. Well balanced, fruity ale.

Beautiful bright amber color; big creamy head. Aroma of caramel and hop, with a dash of grapefruit and grapefruit candies, musky. Good body structure, with caramel flavor, harsh bitterness, subdued acidity, light fruitness (bitter oranges). Balanced final. Interesting, very good and well brewed.

Bottled 75cl. Appearance: Hazy copper. Beautiful lacework. Nicely remaining creamy light beige head. Aroma: Quinces, mince pies, lemon peel, berries, yeast and candy accompanied by a huge amount of hops. Flavor and palate: Wonderful taste. Nice bitterness. Lemon peel, berries and candy showing up. Hoppy and yeasty. Medium bodied. Sublime dry hoppy finish. Overall impression: Complex, beautiful and extremely enjoyable.

750ml bottle - shared by oh6gdx - thanks! Cloudy toffee colour, healthy off-white head. Hoppy aroma, also very sweet and fruity - pineapple. Soft carbonation, but tingly hops enliven the palate. Taste is very smooth, with lovely raw flowery hops, and a pleasant horse-blanket hint. Toffee in the taste too. Finish is bounding with raw hops, very long, and beautifully sticky. An Imperial Saison! Thicker, deeper, heavier - just so much more; and all in perfect balance. A million thanks, Pat, this was glorious!

75cl bottle #276. Pours orange/amberish, with white head. Uses Simcoe and Zeus hops. Aroma is hoppy, lightly sugary, maty. Taste is hoppy (lightly sour), yeasty, fruity (apricots, berries) with agrumes and some caramel notes and spices. Few sediments, good finish.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Cloudy pale amber, rich airy head. Fruity and vinuos. Dryish, hoppy, lively and fresh with some grainy malt and orange juice. Mild, yet flavourful, playful, yet balanced. Very drinkable. As always from BFM an exiting beer!
