copper-orange colour, giant creamy head, aroma of grapefruit with citric and buttery notes, some hazelnut too, a bit acidic, good malt body, very strong and tart bitterness, the finish is very long and very hoppy, dry and showing more citrusy and grapefruity notes - aggressive, disturbing and very good; there are tons of hops here !

Pours a cloudy amber with a friggin huge beige head and nice lacing. Aroma is medium sweet herbs, orange zest and dough. Flavor is herbal, spicy, grass, caramel and peach. Finishes long dry and sticky. Medium body, chewy texture.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange-brown body with a creamy medium-sized white head. The aroma has pineapple, lime, and grassy hops. High carbonation and btterness - cookiesh dough flavour with some pear skins and mild toastiness. Pretty good but I found it difficult to pinpoint the specifics.

Bottle. Poured hazy copper with an large fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet citrus spice aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and bottle conditioned thin particles. Heavy balanced flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of long duration. This is a standout beer and I would recommend this to a freind.

nutty brown color w/ lots of visable carbonation nd a gigantic dense lightly tan head w/ some good lacing. Aroma has a bi of hazlenut, some definate spices clove for sure and some grahm crackers w/ hints of malts too. Palate is nicely coated lightly creamy. Flavor is warming I’d have guessed more than 7.5% abv some lightly spiced hops hint of black pepper hitn of clove some bready notes and something lightly floral in the flavor. Decent beer, definatelly different. Thanks to Dave for sharing.

This orange-colored biere de garde poured with a frothy beige head and a barnyard aroma. The flavor is a bit funky with a nice fruity malt base, a long dry slightly bitter finish and a caramel aftertaste.

Opaque brown-orange, large small-bubble head that fades to cap. Aroma gives off fruity ale yeast as well as funk, some nice citric notes in bitter orange, and a noticeable sweetness reminiscent of English barleywines. Taste is very malty - toasty, caramely, quite an interesting taste really. Honeyed light fruits, some grass, hay, and must, spicy noble-like hop notes. Yeasty as well. To summarize: caramel, toast, grass, and yeast - all over the map, quite interesting. Finish is long and moderately bitter. Little detection of alcohol whatsoever. Truly complex and unique, not sure if I quite enjoyed it more than as a nice deviation, though.
