Feb 10, 2008 Cask in 3 Judges. Aroma is over ripe apples, notes of vinigar and apple skin. Taste is similar very dry apple skin flavour, which is appealing in some ways but not too drinkable.

Feb 7, 2007 [Cask from The Three Judges] Pale straw colour. Ripe apples, lactic acid, slightly metallic aroma. Light palate, some sweetness upfront, leads to a dry, tannic finish.
