Oct 22, 2007 A Mes rate. Barrel at Nottingham Beer Festival.
Clear pale yellow and totally flat. Nice sweet apples, very fruity, slight sulphur. No real character. Just can’t really get into sweet cider.

Aug 30, 2007 (Cask at Three Judges, Glasgow, the day after RBESG 2007) Very pale yellow, no head. Sweet fruity apple flavor. A bit sourish.

Nov 24, 2006 [Cask from The Three Judges] Strangely colourless, cloudy appearance. Fresh mushy apples, some floral, elderflower notes soem quite a bit of alcohol. Full body, dry and spicey, lots of alcohol in the finish, masks the flavour.

Jul 4, 2006 Veyr nice and very strong. The taste is a little dry but not as alcoholic as the aroma suggests initially.

May 10, 2005 Strong in alcohol, strangely light in taste for an English cider. The alcohol level eventually catches up with you halfway through the pint. Had this at The Cherry Tree (est. 1372!), in a side alley off High St., Canterbury, England. Creamy accents, very very pale (I suppose because of the high ABV). An intresting little Kentish cider.
