Bottle. Unclear dark golden colour with a long lasting white head. Fruit, esters and perfume with notes of vinegar. Nice with goat cheese.

Yellow beer with full lasting white head. Alcoholic and yeasty aroma. Somewhat sweet, lightly bitter flavour. Lightly bitter finish.

Amber colored beer with a huge white head. There was lots of sediment that floated around. Beer with a fruity nose, good balanced flavors, vey yeasty somewhat spicy.

Nicely balanced fruity Belgian strong ale. Poured a murky yellow with a big white head. The nose is ripe and spicy, thickly alcoholic with hints of lemony hops and Fruit Gums. Medium-bodied, with lashings of warming alcohol. Strong citric fruit flavours and some spice. This is delicious - fiercely alcoholic but satisfying. (Bottle, 9% abv)

(Bottled, label says "Cuvee Speciale", but 9% ABV) Very hazy, golden color with a cloudy, large head. Very fruity, toffeeish aroma. Caramely-malty, sweetish, fruity and yeasty flavor with some plums and sugar. Drier, slightly bitter and sour finish. Long, sourish aftertaste. Foamy carbonated, slightly alcoholic, medium-bodied and slicky palate. A decent, but a bit rough and alcoholic brew.

Lots of orange aroma, massive head which quickly goes. I tasted Spices, possibly coriander/clove? Alchoholic finish. Not bad at all.

Pours hazy yellow with a foamy off-white head. Peach, citrus and yeasty notes in the aroma. Some alcohol as well. Very fruity flavor that start sweet but turns bitter and sour in the end. Lots of flavor and a warming tone of alcohol. Soft mouthfull.

Bottled. Golden colour, some sediment. Very sweet with some pineapple and grassy hops. Bold and sugary, but compared to the rest of Huyghe’s beers it’s fantastic...
