May 20, 2009 33cl Bottle at Café De Paas, ABV 9.4%. Hazy dark golden colour, lots of floaties, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, some fruits and yeast. Thick flavour of sweet bready malts, fruits, some yeast, caramel, alcohol. Light bitter finish, but mostly just sweet and malty. Medium to fullbodied. OK, but a bit one-dimensional.

Apr 18, 2009 Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be, 9.4%). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is alcohol, caramel malts, cookies, some fruityness and yeast. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, wooden, mildly spicy, flowery hoppy and also some alcohol, which grows the warmer the beer gets.

Feb 15, 2009 (33cl bottle, 9.4% abv) Hazy, golden coloured hue with yeast floaties and a blonde frothy head of medium size. Sweet malty, flowery and moderately spicy aroma with notes of biscuits and a tinge of lemon zest. Sweet flavour, full bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Pale malty, fruity and zesty taste; sweet and slightly bitter and spicy finish with light traces of alcohol (09.II.09).

Feb 7, 2009 Hazy deep gold beer that was absolutely crammed full of floaties, aroma has that distinct "Belgian Strong" edge to it. Taste is citrussy with a malty finish to it - a beer worthy of a higher score.

Dec 31, 2008 Hazy golden body with a nice head what dimish to a small lacing one. Spicy and sourish aroma of yeast and coriander, fruity citruses and a fine floral hop. Fruity flavor with citruses, orange peel, apple, fine spicy coriander, honey, in the finish is a fine hop. Sourish coriander, some sweet alcohol and the fine floral hop in the aftertaste. Tasty and complex, it warms me up.

Dec 27, 2008 Golden color with a white head not too persistent. Aroma is complex Crystallized fruits where we can select, apricot, apple some honey and burned sugar, a gang bang of aromas!! Flavor is mystic fallow the aroma, unexplained. Mouthfeel is like a desert of crystallized fruits and a sweet taste the keeps in your mouth for a long time!!
