Commercial Description:
Well-built and designed particularly for those looking for a stronger beer sensation, La Torra ambrée, best drunk at 6 to 8°C, has more body and a higher alcohol content at 6% Alc./vol. than its blond sister (5.5% alc./vol.). Flavoured with Myrtle (a wild berry from the Corsican maquis, picked in the heart of winter), it combines a subtle sweetness with the legendary strength of Corsica.

(à la myrte) - very clear amber colour with a fine pinky head; fruity aroma of red berries, sticky and oily, very sweet, some finishing tartness and a long sugary and fruity finish - help ! What happened to Duyck ?

Bottled:
Foamy brown head, orange-brown hazy color. Intensiv berry aroma with notes of herbs. Quite seet, but watery flavor with quite artificial notes of blueberries and a herbal bitterness. Dry, herbal finish. Quite strange brew with a weak flavor.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, reddish beer with a small, white head. Fruity, dry aroma. Unpleasant sticky sweetness with notes of berries and spices. No real bitterness. Not for me. 011005

Very artifical berry like aroma, with some notes of mint. Amber to reddish body, with a small white head. Light malt is notable in the flavor, the srong berry hints. Becomes too much and too artificial.
