341ml bottle. This one is that old? Poured a deeper and clear amberish / orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, nuts, woody, earthy, and some smoke. Tastes of caramel, toffee, dark fruits, light brown sugar, and lightly earthy. Malty and sweet.

Bouteille J.A Moisan.

Foggy orange brown with a lumpy, lasting beige head. Nose is woody strawberry jam and brown sugar. Crisp, zippy carb lightens up a coating mouthfeel. Orange peel, tea, caramel and cloves. Finishes dry and bready with minty butterscotch. Quite liked this.

Bottle from Marchè Jovi beer store(bottles produced for 15 specialized beer stores). A thin beige head is quickly and leaves a thick foamy ring. The body is a rustic, hazy dark amber/orange. The nose is mildly to moderately fruity, with notes of tart appleskins, lemon and orange pith and blackberry puree. Caramel malt and lightly toasted brown malt is medium and toffee and alcohol are mild. The flavor is of caramel infused malts and mild bitterness from hops, little else of notable interest. The mouthfeel is very watery and slightly oily, lightly spicy, softly but adequately carbonated, medium bodied, bland. The finish is lightly bitter, off-dry, resiny and fruity.

Courtesy dsnowden. Light peach pour, foamy dirty white head. Nose of pears, tropical fruits, sweet malts and a bit of alcohol heat. Flavor is pretty nice - tropical fruits and a nice sweetness dominate. A would have liked a bit more flavor concentration. Medium bodied, coating mouthfeel. Finish is a bit hot for a 6.8% beer IMO. Good stuff.

Courtesy dsnowden. Pours a caramel brown color with a small off white head. Smells of dark fruits, some apple, caramel, mild molasses, and malts. The flavor is more caramel bitterness than anything, definitely some of the dark fruits in there too. Very smooth and easy drinking. Pretty unique flavor. Alot going on, seems somewhat all over the place though. Not bad andpretty interesting. Drinkable.

Pours an very hazy medium orange color. Aroma is redolent of citrus zest, caramel, warm malts and some brown sugar. Some sherry wine qualities. Not much flavor, seems a touch muted and faded. decent.
