Clear amber, soapy tan head. Aroma of caramel, booze and watermelon. Burnt hop flavour is predominant. Somewhat watery with a herbal bitter finish. Confused.

2005 RBSG - clear amber-red pour. Heavy hop aroma, some maltiness in the nose also. Bitter, very drinkable. I detect some mustiness, a decent representation.

Pour is deep mahogany amber with big dense khaki head...smell is pine...soap and pine...taste is intensely bitter with tons of cascade hops...nice...the first sip did make me pucker...

Medium amber, beige head. Nicely balanced malt with the cascades in both the aroma and flavor. Piney, but not one dimensional. Meidum bodied, dry, bitter finish. I liked.

341 ml bottle. Hazy red amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy and creamy tan head. Toffeeish malt backed up with a grapefruit and piny bitter finish. Roasty toffeeish flavours with a grapefruit bitter finish. Medium to full bodied, juicy, but almost chewy. Another very interesting beer from Bièropholie.

RBSG 2005. Dark amber with a small creamy beige head. Surprisingly sweet aroma of oranges. Malty flavour with moderate hoppy bitterness. Sweeter than I anticipated. Average palate. Pleasant but unexceptional.

(RBSG05) Clear copper body with a beige head. Aroma is medium sweet, grapefruit, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, caramel. Medium body. Nice balance -- the grapefruit is flavorful without being overly bitter.

Sampled. Mondial de la bière 2005. Lightly troubled brown color with light tan head. Malt, yeast and hops aroma. Taste of mal with a nice bitterness and nice aftertaste. Nice IPa Bière de couleur ambré légèremnt trouble avec un collet brun pale. Odeur de malt (grain grillé), levure et houblon. Goût de malt avec une bonne amertume et un bon arrière goût. Bonne IPA.
