Palate: Medium body, almost no carbonation.

TheEpeeist (1494), Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, USA

A bit watery, almost no carb. Lemon peach, orange and pith. Interesting but flavors seemed muddled. VeloVampire (491), Parkdale, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 10, 2007 Updated: Nov 25, 2007341 ml bottle - pours a cherry red with a healthy off-white head. Sweet aroma with some Cascade notes, but mainly sweet. Alcohol in there as well. Flavour disarmingly sweet with brown sugar, prune, fig and plum, THEN the hops. . Doesn’t seem like an IPA at all - not that it’s bad, just doesn’t seem exactly to style. Well-balanced. Strange, though good, beer. crushinat0r (227), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 4, 2007 Orangy brown and opaque in colour. Minimal lacing head. Smells like a typical IPA with cascade hops (shocking based on what text is on the bottle). It tastes pretty clean but not as strong as it smells. The aftertaste is very clear though, cascade hops, a little bitter. Consistent. A very nice IPA style offering for a canadian beer. matt7215 (1000), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 13, 2007 341 ml bottle of the 64 IBU from a trade with hogtownharry. best before December 2005 but this was still great. pours red/amber with a small off white head. very hoppy nose with malt also quite noticeable. flavours are malty for the most part. what hops are left have been burried by a mountain of malt. the hops do provide a rounded bitter finish but not what youd expect from 64 IBU’s. shintriad (698), Toronto, Ontario, Canada
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 19, 2007 Dark ruby-brown with a lasting head, small and thin lacing, heavily astringent hops and a cotton candy nose. Low carbonation with some metallic flavour. Very sweet. Not quite balanced. Still, we don’t have anything like this in Ontario, now do we. bu11zeye (5675), Frisco, Texas, USA
