Commercial Description:
The sister of Bièropholie IPA. The Bièropholie IPA, Golding and Cascade are the same beer. Only the hops are changed.

The first batch was made in March 2004 at Express-Broue.

The second batch was made in April 2005 at the brewery Le Chaudron.

The third batch (V.3) was made in mid-December 2005 and bottled end of February... Because of a very bad producing procedure, It was not autorised for sale by Bièropholie but was sold anyway by the contract brewery.

Bottle. Cloudy dark amber; shades of orange and brown. LIght lasting foam head. Moderate sweet wood aroma. Rich hop spice flavour up front. Brown sugar, hop bitterness in the finish and a bit of a burnt edge in the aftertaste that is intriguing

Bottle courtesy of a trade with Boutip. Pours a muddy amber with a thin tan head that fades away within a minute. Aroma of caramel along with some mild sweet orange. The flavor is caramel followed by some light overripe orange, which is immediately followed by some mostly flavorless orange pith bitterness. Medium bodied.

330ml bottle. Pours an deep amber with a small head that quickly disappeared. The smell is hoppy with a slight hint of caramel. The taste is a little bitter, not enough in my opinion. Tasty none the less.
