App.: Pours a hazy reddish-copper with a small, yellowish head.
Aroma: A nice combination of candy, cotton candy and citrusy/piney hops. A bit fruity when warmed. The sweetness overpowers the hops somewhat.
Palate: Med. body with somewhat aggressive carbonation.
Flav.: A bit of that malty sweetness, more of the piney hops, a touch woody. On swallowing, the piney hops takes the lead from the malts, but they are there. Some sweetness and dried dark fruits and a decent bitter finish.
Again, a little too sweet for my tastes, but not bad.

Smell is hops, some grapefruit, but mostly a mild hop and malt flavor. Taste is smooth and refreshing, some bready flavors. Could have used a little more dry hoping to more pronouce the cascades, but still, nice beer. Thanks Paul! vidbellegueule (30), Canada
