Commercial Description:
The sister of Bièropholie IPA. The Bièropholie IPA, Golding and Cascade are the same beer. Only the hops are changed.

The first batch was made in March 2004 at Express-Broue.

The second batch was made in April 2005 at the brewery Le Chaudron.

The third batch (V.3) was made in mid-December 2005 and bottled end of February... Because of a very bad producing procedure, It was not autorised for sale by Bièropholie but was sold anyway by the contract brewery.

A hazy amber beer with an orange head. The aroma is plainly hoppy, while the flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and some dust, leading to a dry slightly acidic end.

Amber clear. Fruity aroma. Bitter finish. It tastes like a classic refreshing English standard ale with no surprises. Quite refreshing.

Thanks to MartinT for this beer. Pours dark amber with a long lasting, creamy off white head. Lightly hoppy (OK, I’m used to west coast IPAs) with a nice balanced flavor. This is an enjoyable IPA

Dark orange colored with a fluffy light tan head. Mild and pretty ordinary hop and malt aroma. Hoppy flavor with a touch of infection and a heavy dryness. Not the best IPA. Thanks for the trade David (Rastacouere).

Deeo golden in color with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and bread. Flavor is bitter upfront with sweet bready malt to balance.

Bottled: Orange coloured. Clear. Light beige head. Hops, fruit, caramel and some spices in the aroma. Light citric. Spices, herbs and hops in the flavour. Medium bodied. Is sweetly bitter in the end. Decent IPA.

Another amazing beer from this brewery, different, tasty and drinkable. Big pouring foam, darker colour. Citrus hoppy aroma. Smooth medium mouthfeel, appropriate and significant carbonation and hoppiness

Bottle: Hazy brown, orange, ruby with a large rocky head and nice lacing, aroma has buscuits, spicy earthy hops, starts and ends lightly bitter with a nice malty aftertaste. Thanks MartinT.
