Acidic flavour of malts, fruits and hops.
Not bitter and hoppy enough for my liking.

Feb 12, 2004 Dark golden amber. Slightly earthy, limey aroma with hints of caramel, dark bread. Moderate bitterness, chewy caramel malts. Well-balanced, lingering tangerine, maple glaze. A touch light for my tastes.

Jul 17, 2005 (341ml Bottle) Big beige head atop a clear copper body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, cookie dough. Taste is moderately sweet, caramel, herbal, grapefruit, tangerine. Medium body, some resin. Nicely balanced.
