Jun 5, 2005 (on tap, mondial de la bière) HUGE head, clear gold color. She was light and fresh, well balanced flavor. Great little pilsner, I would have it again for sure. But it seemed to be too carbonnated.

Almost clear, dark yellow with a rocky head that lasted. Fresh noble hops aroma coupled nicely with crisp malt. Standard bavarian pilsner done very well: clean malt flavour perfectly blended with noble hops. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. A little lingering bitterness.

Faible densité des bulles. Fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes, de malt et de fleurs. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture minérale. Jun 2, 2005 Draft at Mondial 2005. Slightly peppery spiced aroma with some hoppy bitterness in the nose. Transparent golden color with a frothy white head. Grainy start--straw-like turning bitter. Earthiness with mildly bitter hoppiness to finish. Some DMS noted. Not my choice of style, but decently made nonetheless.

May 8, 2005 Updated: May 20, 2005Bottle. Dark golden color with a humongous white head. Herbal, floral aroma with some sweet maltiness. I can’t tell if this beer is supposed to taste like this or not. Flavor was earthy, tart and floral, but I did not enjoy it at all. I thought it might be infected but I see others found similar flavors and liked them.
