She was light and fresh, well balanced flavor. Great little pilsner, I would have it again for sure. But it seemed to be too carbonnated. asheft (1438), Marburg, Germany

Almost clear, dark yellow with a rocky head that lasted. Fresh noble hops aroma coupled nicely with crisp malt. Standard bavarian pilsner done very well: clean malt flavour perfectly blended with noble hops. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. A little lingering bitterness. Arôme: Odeur d’houblons et de fleurs. Apparence: Couleur blonde. Mince col mousseux. Transparent golden color with a frothy white head. Grainy start--straw-like turning bitter. Earthiness with mildly bitter hoppiness to finish. Some DMS noted. Not my choice of style, but decently made nonetheless. joeec5 (204), bayonne, New Jersey, USA

Herbal, floral aroma with some sweet maltiness. I can’t tell if this beer is supposed to taste like this or not. Flavor was earthy, tart and floral, but I did not enjoy it at all. I thought it might be infected but I see others found similar flavors and liked them.
