Somewhat soapy aroma. This is quite smooth. Not too malty or funky. A nice flavorful irish red.

Red-amber and opaque with a minimal white head. Aroma is mild, red fruits, nutty and caramel malt. Taste is scotchy caramel cake, spicy hops and a sweet finish with mild vanilla undertones. Mouthfeel is smooth and pleasing. This ale is nice but could have more in the aroma and flavor.

Draft at Strange Brew. Pours murky medium brown with a dense and creamy tan head. Mild, nutty, bready nose, fair amount of malt sugar but not cloying or sugary. Light, crisp body, with bracing and well-placed carb. Nutty, bready, dry mid-palate. Mild and restrained, but well made and very drinkable.

Aroma is pretty malty with noticeable toffee and roast. Pours dark red with little to no head. Flavors of roasted malts, toffee, caramel. No real hop presence. Clean, well done, pleasant.

On Tap At Big Al Brewery West Seattle Pours out a nice amber topped with a creamy sand head. Aroma of rich malts and some grain. Tast was a mouthfull of sweet thick malts. Maybe a little touch of wood at the end.
