Commercial Description: Brown Bother’s Scotch Ale - Every year the Great American Beer Festival sponsors a judged beer category based on collaborations between amateur and professional brewers. Across the country home brewing clubs organize events where local hobby brewer’s entries are judged by certified judges and the Best of Show selections are made available to local participating professional brewers to select for brewing as their Pro-Am entry to the GABF. This year, Big Al Brewing’s Pro-Am entry is based on a Strong Scotch Ale recipe developed by award winning local home brewers Mike and Steve Brown. Brown Brother’s Scotch Ale is full bodied with deeply complex malt flavors and a clean warming finish.
