12 oz draft pour at Malt and Vine in Redmond, Washington. Pour is hazed ruby copper with slight white head. Aroma of big strawberry, soft sweet fruit, and white sugar. Taste is the sweetish strawberry fruit mostly, along with sour tart blackberry and and tart strawberry - very nice and natural. Light husky malt is nominally present in the back. Palate is medium, with the sweet lingering well past the finish. Overall, nice one.

Pours a light ruby brown color that is slightly hazy with a decent small but tight white head. Nose is great fresh under ripe strawberries. Tart with hints of lemon and balsamic. Light, fruity lacto tartness and refreshing. Really enjoyable sour by Alejandro and I hope they do some more!

Juicy berry nose. Definitely get strawberry. Tart funky notes hidden underneath- some vinegar. Brownish copper pour. Hazy, no head. Tart berries up front, vinegar, lactic tartness, more berry notes and dry barnyard funky graham crackers in the finish. Really drinkable, tasty, refreshing. Well done.

Juicy strawberry nose, even smells wet. Bronze in the glass, not much head. Powerfully sour, young and clean. There’s a hint of candied sweetness just before the finish, but it’s quickly overtaken, part underripe fruit, part citrus juice. Dry finish, I wish it lasted longer.
